Great Northern is manufacturer
of
finished lumber products. Our 10 acre facility is located in South
Winnipeg. We employ more than 80 people on two daily shifts in our
modern 15,000 square foot facility. We are the only manufacturer of
machine stress rated lumber for roof trusses in Manitoba and
Saskatchewan. Our list of products includes:
- pre-cut studs
- crating components
- cut stock
- fencing and other resawn products
- specialty products
- tongue and groove
- channel siding
- drop siding
- log siding
We palletize, wrap, bundle and reload for shipment by truck or rail car
to markets throughout the U.S. and Canada.
